Kristina has been bravely facing a challenging battle with epileptic seizures that have turned daily life upside down. Because of the unpredictability and severity of these seizures, shecan’t drive or work for at least six months — the required seizure-free period before doctors can safely clear her to return.
With little to no income, no close family support, and limited access to transportation, it’s been incredibly difficult for kristina to make it to vital neurology appointments and tests. These visits are essential to help doctors better understand the cause of the seizures, find the right medication, and bring some stability back into her life.
