Hello Everyone,
I Hope All is Amazing & our Family's story finds you Well!

* In October of 2023 the Mills's Family's Life changed forever. Kevin had not been to the doctor in 20 years. He barley ever got the common cold. He began having abdominal pain & discomfort having a bowel movement for a few weeks, when on a project one day it became unbearable. When going to the Emergency Room the doctors completed some tests & scans. When doing so they found a 15cmm mass on his colon that had infused to his lymph nodes & bladder. The mass had been causing extreme colon blockage. Kevin was immediately transported from Williamson County to Vanderbilt Medical for emergency surgery.

* Here they are #23 months into this journey. Kevin has had #7 surgeries with #2 of them being life threatening emergency surgeries. Kevin has completed a full cycle of chemotherapy & was deemed cancer free. At one-point midway Kevin ringed the cancer free bell & was confident he could continue to move on with Life. Then when returning for his #60-day checkup & scans the doctors discovered that he had developed #4 legions on his liver that were later biopsied & deemed cancerous. This required an extensive surgery in May that entailed cutting off 40% of the Liver, completing Ablations on #3 legions & removing #1 legion, removing the Gallbladder, install Hepatic Liver Chemotherapy Infusion Pump, Reverse the Colostomy Bag & complete reconnection in #2 locations. Kevin began chemotherapy treatment for Liver cancer directly afterwards. Then when completing the standard scans & tests #60 days later, the doctors discovered that Kevin had developed #3 masses that had already grew to roughly #2cmm. Unfortunately, they are in a location that is too invasive to remove. This required a surgery to reinstall the Chemotherapy Chest Port in order to once again start Chemotherapy for colon cancer.

* At this point the doctors have indicated that the Colon Cancer is Stage #4 & Terminal. The #3 masses are in a location that are too invasive to remove. The chemotherapy will continue for the colon cancer, specifically in order to try to maintain the size of the masses & contain the cancer to the best of their ability. If the chemotherapy does not maintain or shrink the masses after #3 rounds of the Pump chemotherapy the doctors indicated, they will schedule #9 weeks of radiation in order to try to shrink the masses. If at some point the masses go beyond & cause blockage in the colon, they will have to schedule a surgery to reinstall the Colostomy Bag that Kevin will have to keep for the remainder of his life.

* Kevin will continue the #3 different types of Chemotherapy indefinitely. The doctors have indicated the only goals now are to continue with the #3 chemotherapies in order to contain the cancer as much as possible from continuing to spread. Maintain or shrink the masses. Most of all ensure he is as comfortable as possible throughout the remainder of this journey.

*** So, A Little Bit About the Mills Family ***
* When this Cancer Journey began Kevin, His wife Crystal & their #3 beautiful kids Autumn, Noah & Constance Mills were living normal lives in Franklin TN. Thier daughter Autumn was on her way to UTC to begin College. Noah was going into his Senior year with being a captain of his E-Sports Team & being in #2 Honor Classes. Constance was & is currently finishing High School Via Home School. Along with working a Job & Starting & currently operating her own Craft Company called Connie's Creation's.
Crystal & Kevin owned & operated a Home Remodel & Renovation Company called Mills Can Do It.

* Since the Mills Family has had to endure the failure of Kevin having insurance on everyone but himself due to not ever going to the doctors or planning for such of an event. They since have exhausted all of their savings. Then they liquidated what personal & business property they could without putting them in a position not to be able to still operate. Once these resources ran out their daughter Autumn decided to not proceed with college for the moment & continued to work full time & was ready to assist the family at every turn.

* The Mills Family is extremely grateful for the continuous Thoughts, Support & Prayers during this difficult journey.

* Proverbs 11:25 The generous soul will be made rich.
And he who waters will also be watered himself.
