Many of you have been following Steve’s fairly rapid journey from his original MRI, that showed something more serious than a pulled muscle or herniated disk, to his preliminary diagnosis of  Diffuse Large B cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, however since then the pathologists report of his biopsy determined that he has what is called Double Hit Lymphoma, stage 4.

This cancer is extremely aggressive and can attack the central nervous system. Thankfully, although the cancer had infiltrated Steve’s spinal column, his spinal fluid is clear at this time.

With this diagnosis, Starting Monday, his schedule will be  a 24 hr/5 day a week treatment with 2 weeks between for 6 cycles. 

We will keep you updated as we go along. Our family is so grateful for your continued prayers, words of encouragement & assistance, as we adjust to this new normal.
