In Loving Memory of Bob Baldacci
On August 7th, we unexpectedly lost our dear friend Bob Baldacci at the age of 53 due to a sudden medical emergency. He was airlifted to Stanford University for emergency care and remained on life support for several days as an organ donor — his donation will save the lives of others. Bob officially passed away on August 11th, surrounded by the love of his family and friends.
Bob was a cherished husband, father, and friend. He had a way of making everyone who met him feel like family — so many of us loved him like a brother. His wife Monica and their three children, Sophia, Annika, and Gianna, now face an unimaginable road ahead without him. Their oldest is heading off to college this fall, and their youngest is just 10 years old. Along with their grief, the family now faces significant costs from Bob’s hospitalization and life flight — which is not covered by insurance — as well as the loss of his income.
We’re asking our community to come together to help ease this burden during an incredibly painful time. Any contribution, big or small, will go directly toward supporting Monica and the kids with these immediate costs as they find their footing without him. Bob left a hole in so many hearts, and this is our chance to show his family they are not alone.
