On Monday, August 3, Jon Addington was involved in a tragic explosion at home that left him with severe burns over multiple areas of his body including his face, legs and arms. After initial trauma assessment at the University of Tennessee hospital he was deemed critical and airlifted to Vanderbilt burn unit. He’s currently in ICU undergoing painful, lifesaving treatment under the expert guidance of an incredible burn specialist team.
His wife, Kristen, remains by his side in Nashville as together they navigate this unimaginable journey.
In a desperate situation like this the needs are huge and span from emotional, physical and financial. Kristen is focused on Jon’s healing, and as a community we can step in to provide relief too. We humbly ask for your prayers and any financial support you are able to give. Your generosity will help ease the burden on their family, allowing Kristen to stay with Jon and focus on what matters most including his healing, recovery, and caring for their children by helping with increased medical expenses and travel costs of being away from home.
