Hello family and friends,
Paloma, a seven-year-old girl from Tampa, Florida, with Pallister Killian Syndrome, was admitted to Saint Joseph’s Children’s Hospital on June 18 with pneumonia in her left lung. After treatments failed, she was intubated, and doctors found potential pulmonary edema. Her condition worsened to heart failure over five days, severely impacting her health due to her genetic syndrome. Her parents, Lisa and Alan, are balancing hospital visits and caring for their three other children, finding it exhausting. Friends, family, and even strangers continue to offer support, so we are consolidating those needs and updates on this platform. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity!
