Update on Baby Mateo

With the heaviest heart, I need to share that our sweet Mateo gained his wings. Our beautiful boy passed away, and our world will never be the same. We held him, we loved him, and we fought right alongside him, but God called him home.

This is a pain I can’t describe. A piece of my heart is gone forever. I never imagined I would be writing these words, and I’m still trying to understand how life can be so cruel. But I know Mateo’s love, his strength, and his little life touched so many people.

Thank you to everyone who prayed for him, checked on us, and carried us through the darkest days. Your support has meant more than you will ever know. As we begin this heartbreaking journey of laying Mateo to rest and trying to heal, any support, shares, or prayers are deeply appreciated.
