Lorrie is a loving mother of two adult children, a devoted grandmother, and a woman of deep faith.
Because of her chronic stage 4 kidney disease she chose not to receive conventional cancer treatments. Her "holistic goal" in battling her stage 3B carcinosarcoma diagnosis is to help pave the path for others in helping to find future health building alternatives to slowing the progression of or better yet, healing cancer.
As she navigates this challenging health journey, these holistic alternative treatments are not covered by insurance. Hopefully one day they will be.
