Lee and MiJung need your help.

Lee is recovering from spinal fusion surgery, following strict "no bending, lifting, or twisting" precautions for about a year while his spine fully fuses — and he also recently lost his job. At the same time, MiJung is undergoing cancer treatment. It's been a lot to carry, and we'd be so grateful for support with meals, yard work, and everyday household tasks.

Meals: MiJung has a very strict diet during treatment, so one of the most helpful things you can do is provide a meal for Lee. Knowing he's well-fed takes real pressure off MiJung's shoulders during her recovery. She mainly follows a whole-food, plant-forward diet — fresh produce, steamed or baked vegetables, whole grains (brown rice, quinoa), and beans/lentils — so a meal for Lee is often the easiest way to help. Simple is always better than elaborate — a home-cooked dish or thoughtful takeout works great, and Lee has no restrictions. If you'd like to cook for MiJung as well, just reach out and we're happy to share her specific guidelines. Gift cards to Whole Foods, or Wegmans are always welcome too. Sign up for one meal or several — drop off at 115 Timber Lane, Holden, MA, or text Lee at (989.600.8670) to arrange pickup.

Other ways to help: grocery runs, yard work (leaves/snow), light cleaning, meal prep (washing/chopping vegetables), or rides to appointments. Even a text, card, call, or visit, like afternoon tea with Lee, means a lot.
