I am reaching out because I have been diagnosed with a rare cancer, Adult Wilm's Tumor. This diagnosis has brought on many challenges, and I need your help. To receive the best treatment, I must travel from my home in Kentucky to MD Anderson in Houston, Texas. This means unexpected expenses, like flights, hotels, and transportation for myself and two companions who are helping me through this tough time. We also request and would appreciate any gift cards for the food and transportation category (for food when we are at MDAnderson and for our flights to and from Texas).ย
