Thank you for taking a moment to read about Kriste's journey.
Recently, our beloved sister, wife, mother, and friend, Kriste Johnson, was diagnosed with breast cancer. As you can imagine, this news has been overwhelming for Kriste, Ryan, their two children, Aurora and Valor, and everyone who loves them.
If you know Kriste, you know that her faith in Jesus is at the center of who she is. Through every season of life, she has trusted God wholeheartedly, encouraged others in their faith, and shared His love with those around her. While this diagnosis has brought many unknowns, Kriste continues to face each day with courage, hope, and trust in the Lord.
As they navigate appointments, testing, treatment decisions, and travel for specialized medical care, the Johnson family is facing significant financial challenges and unexpected medical expenses. They are currently paying for much of this care out of pocket while working through insurance and financial assistance options.
Many of you have asked how you can help. First and foremost, we ask for your prayers. Please pray for wisdom for the doctors, peace for Kriste and her family, strength for the journey ahead, and complete healing.
