Dear family and friends,

If you've ever met Kate, you know she is warm, thoughtful, funny, and always doing her part. Now it's our turn to show her and her family we've got her back. This summer, Kate was diagnosed with Ductal Carcinoma In Situ (early stage breast cancer) and will begin her treatment with surgery on September 3rd, followed by a course of radiation in October. Kate is expecting the recovery from surgery to last a few days with radiation being the more enervating and sickening experience. Her prognosis is good, but the family would love our help reducing the burden of meal prep, assisting with extracurricular rides, and play dates or outings with the kids on the weekends during her recovery.

If you're not able to assist with meals or rides, you can still help by sharing this page with people who know Kate and her family.
