In Support of Jackie Hosey

If you know Jackie Hosey, you know the kind of person she is. 

She is the one who shows up. She works tirelessly as a full-time single mom to her two incredible young girls, and she is always the first to offer help, support, or encouragement to anyone who needs it.

Jackie was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and is scheduled to undergo surgery later this week, with treatment to follow. 

As she prepares for surgery and the recovery ahead, our hope is to surround her with the same care and generosity she has always given so freely to others.

The week following her surgery will be especially important as she focuses on healing. Support with meals or gift cards for food delivery services would make a meaningful difference, allowing her to rest and recover without the added stress of daily logistics for herself and her daughters.

Although Jackie has health insurance through her employment, the reality of multiple co-pays for specialists, procedures, imaging, and ongoing appointments adds up quickly and was not something she anticipated. Contributions toward these expenses will help ease that unexpected financial strain during an already overwhelming time.

Jackie is not someone who is comfortable asking for help, and she has shared this news quietly and with humility.
