 After years of dealing with a severe immune deficiency and innumerable complications, Kristin and her family have made the brave decision to transition her care to hospice. This will allow her to focus on her family and quality of life. To support the Hayes family with the transition, this page has been set up to make updates and contribution opportunities easily accessable. Let's show Kristin, Mike, Maddie and Miles what an amazingly supportive community they have. Donations will go towards care for the family now and in the future. You can also choose specific activites to contribute to in the Lend a Hand or Gift Card options.
