Everett Mongold is a joyful and resilient 3-year-old living with HIE, spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy, global developmental delay, and vision delay. Through every challenge, Everett continues to show incredible strength, and his parents, Autumn and Tyler, are committed to helping him access every opportunity possible to support his growth and progress.
Right now, they are pursuing intensive therapies and treatments that could make a meaningful difference in Everett’s future. One of the most impactful therapies has been Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) at BelieveAbility. These intensive therapy sessions are helping Everett build new connections and skills, and his family hopes to complete as many rounds as possible before he eventually sizes out of the program. They are also exploring stem cell therapy, which ranges from $8,500 to $25,000 depending on the clinic and treatment plan.
These therapies are not covered by insurance, and the costs quickly become overwhelming for any family. DMI intensives can cost thousands of dollars per week, but both DMI and stem cell therapy have the potential to help Everett continue gaining new brain matter and then teach his brain and body how to use those connections more effectively.
As a community, we are coming together to surround Everett, Autumn, and Tyler with support, encouragement, and hope. Whether you choose to pray, donate, share this page, or simply follow along on Everett’s journey, every act of support matters deeply.
Autumn and Tyler will continue posting updates here as they navigate treatments, therapies, milestones, and next steps for Everett. Please help us spread awareness by sharing this page and encouraging others to follow his journey alongside this sweet family.
