Hello family and friends!
On June 5, what began as a routine colonoscopy led to Angie’s diagnosis of colon cancer. A follow-up CT scan on June 12 showed that the cancer had spread to her liver. After two liver biopsies and a PET scan, she received an official diagnosis of metastatic adenocarcinoma.
While this is a difficult road, we are choosing to move forward with hope, faith, courage, and determination. Angie is facing this fight fiercely, one day and one milestone at a time. We’ll be sharing her updates, progress, victories, and the moments that remind us to keep believing in brighter days ahead.
We ask that you continue to keep Angie and our family in your thoughts and prayers. Your love, encouragement, and support mean more to us than we can put into words.
Thank you for standing beside Angie on this journey. We are incredibly grateful for every prayer, every message, and every bit of hope you send her way.
Angie would really love help feeding her family during her treatments. The family has no food allergies or aversions.
Anyone that knows Angie knows how much she enjoys a great visit with friends and family. Unfortunately she has been advised to limit contact in order remain healthy and strong enough to receive treatment.
