Willadean’s Fight Club
How do you put a price on a child’s life, their fight, or their future? You can’t. But families like ours face incredible costs just to give our kids the chance to thrive.
Willadean, has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, TUBA1A Genetic Mutation, Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum, and other conditions causing developmental delays. She is a sweet fighter, and every single day she works so hard. But the therapies and equipment that help her grow are not covered by insurance.
Since January 2025, Willa has participated in over 120 hours of therapy at BeelievAbility in Carmel, with around 130 more hours planned this year. Each session costs $150–$200 an hour, and every bit of it comes out of pocket. Beyond therapy itself, there are also the added costs of travel, lodging, and time away from home whenever we go for intensives. These expenses pile up quickly, often ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 or more per round.
We have already seen inspiring gains from Willa’s therapies, and we believe the Levity will open up even more possibilities for her. That’s why we’re inviting you to join #WilladeansFightClub.
