We, the Waddington Family, are facing a very tough time right now. Recently, we lost our home and income due to a sudden death without an updated will. I am a single mother to my amazing 12-year-old daughter, Elizabeth. Just two days ago, I celebrated her birthday, but I also experienced a car accident during a storm that totaled my vehicle and left me without insurance. This made it impossible for me to keep my new job, the first I've had in over a decade. Now, we're on the brink of eviction from the only place we can currently call home, provided by a family friend who also has bills to pay. Without any child support for months and my last partner leaving us last October, our situation has become dire. Though I am actively looking for employment, the options within walking distance are limited, and applying for disability is a lengthy process that has yet to yield any results. We are in desperate need of help.
