Hello, family and friends,

We’re reaching out with heavy hearts to share that our mom, Trina Gamez, was diagnosed with Stage 3 ovarian cancer in July 2026. She will begin chemotherapy in August 2026, and as she starts this difficult journey, we want to do everything we can to support her and make this time a little easier.

Along with the emotional challenges that come with her diagnosis, there are also financial burdens. Our mom lives on a very fixed income, and we are hoping to raise funds to help with her medical expenses, transportation costs to and from treatment, and necessary adjustments to her living arrangements as she goes through chemotherapy.

If you’re able to contribute, no matter the amount, please know that it will make a meaningful difference for our mom and our family. And if donating isn’t possible, we completely understand. Your prayers, love, encouragement, and simply sharing her story with others mean more to us than we can put into words.

We are taking this journey one day at a time, holding onto hope and faith, and reminding our mom that she does not have to face this alone. We are incredibly grateful for every person who chooses to stand beside her and our family during this chapter.
