Hello family and friends!
Meet the Ortiz family. They are a loving family with two incredible boys, Caine and Cason. Both brothers are navigating life with autism in their unique ways. Caine, with his sweet nature, faces challenges like delayed learning and hearing loss but is making great strides in his progress. Cason, who is non-verbal with profound autism, has more intense needs. He struggles with self-injury and safety issues that make daily life difficult for the family. They are urgently trying to keep their home safe and secure for the boys while dreaming of having a place of their own. At present, Cason needs an activity chair for safety, which insurance has refused to cover. The family’s rented home also needs repairs due to the toll of these daily challenges.
