Hi everyone, thank you for taking a moment to read about our family's situation.
We are the Zapata/Daugherty family, a household of seven with five children and two adults. My Step-dad died by suicide about two months ago, and he was the main income for the family. My mom has a disability and is unable to find work. My older sister needs to renew her ID but can't afford it, and she needs that to be able to get a job. I'm also trying to find a job, but I don't have the right clothes to work in fast food. We're really having a hard time paying our bills and keeping our kids' bellies full.
