Welcome to our Support Registry!
6 months ago, our youngest daughter – Miya Joy, was diagnosed with Medulloblastoma – brain cancer. It was devastating! We were not prepared for such a hardship. Our baby girl has endured Juvenile Diabetes for the past 15 years and then this… unthinkable.
Yet, we are blessed with some much love! Many of you have reached out to us desiring to assist us during this challenging time. We have received so many calls, texts and visits over the 6 months that we have been going through this. Honestly, we didn’t know what we needed, outside of prayer. But the reality of this is that we do need your help… we have another 9 months of chemotherapy to go. I have had to become a part-time employee due to the aggressive treatment schedule Miya is on. We have had to move to Florida temporarily for the proton radiation therapy for a couple months. This, and so much more, has taken a toll on us financially.
After having nearly depleted our savings and retirement accounts, we are reaching out to you – our family and friends for your assistance. We are grateful for every prayer, dollar, meal and phone call – may the Lord bless you and keep you and cause His face to shine upon you and your families!
