Dearest Friends and Family,
We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support as the Saravia family faces every parent’s worst nightmare. Joe and Emma’s 7-year-old daughter Camila has recently been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, an aggressive form of pediatric cancer. The past few days have been overwhelming as Emma and Joe try to process her diagnosis and brace themselves for the long, uncertain road ahead. Treatment for Acute Myeloid Leukemia is lengthy, and your donations will directly support them to be able to stay fully present by Camila’s side for the long run.
Camila is currently undergoing intensive chemotherapy and requires round-the-clock care. Emma and Joe have not left her side, which means they are unable to work during this critical time. As they focus all their energy on supporting their daughter through treatment, we are hoping to ease some of the financial burden that comes with missing work, hospital stays, and the many unexpected costs that arise during a medical crisis.
