Hello family and friends!

The Proshek Family is reaching out to share their journey and ask for your support. Their son, Jace, has faced numerous health challenges from a very young age. He experienced cardiac arrest at just two months old and spent the first 313 days of his life in the hospital. Jace has already undergone multiple heart surgeries. His ongoing health issues continue to create high needs for the family every day. They are constantly working to find the necessary resources and support to manage their medical family lifestyle.

The family has created a support registry to help navigate this challenging time. Your contributions can make a real difference. Please consider the following actions to show your support:

  1. Choose from Support Registry options
  2. 'Share' to Spread the Word to family and friends
  3. 'Follow' Updates to stay informed
