Help Baby Ezra and His Family Through His Heart Surgery ❤️
Our family is asking for help during an incredibly difficult and unexpected time.
My nephew, Ezra, is just a little over two weeks old. He should be home with his mom, dad, and his three-year-old big brother, Elijah, enjoying those precious first weeks together. Instead, Ezra is facing heart surgery today, at just two weeks old.
Ezra was born with a heart valve issue as well as problem with his aorta. We are so lucky his pediatrician was able to detect this at his 1st follow up appointment.
His parents are facing every parent’s worst nightmare while also trying to care for their three-year-old son, Elijah, and navigate everything that comes with having a newborn in the hospital.

Ezra’s mom is currently on maternity leave and receiving very limited income. His dad will also need to take a leave from work so he can be by Ezra’s side and support his family, meaning they will be without his normal income during this time.
They live in Florida and have very little family support nearby. The distance makes an already overwhelming situation even more difficult, with the added costs of traveling back and forth, gas, food, parking, childcare, medical-related expenses, everyday household bills, and whatever other unexpected expenses come with having a baby in the hospital.
I am setting up this fundraiser as Ezra’s aunt, and every dollar raised will go directly to Ezra and his parents to help ease the financial burden while they focus on the most important thing which is getting their baby home.
If you are able to donate, no amount is too small. If you’re not in a position to donate, sharing this fundraiser with others, sending love to Ezra and his family, and keeping this little boy and is parents in your thoughts and prayers means more than you know.
