The Macaluso family is facing a challenging time as Luciano was recently diagnosed with cancer and has started treatment. This has turned their world upside down, as they now spend much of their time between the hospital and home, trying to maintain stability while meeting his needs and supporting his recovery. Adding to this challenge is their loving dedication to another child who requires special hands-on care every day, which makes their daily routine even more demanding.
