3 DAY PAY or VACATE!!!
Our family has been fighting our landlords for a few years now. They (Hurst & Son) don't abide by any laws but knowing people like us don't have means to fight, they slap us with lawsuit after lawsuit and now a 3 day pay or vacate. I am the only one working at the moment as my son needs glasses or contacts to see so he can get a job (His place of employment has closed so he's been out of work). I have been paying rent every month as I should however, they want the back amount owed all of a sudden, simply because they can. Now I am terrified that these people will as they have done to others will just come in with local law enforcement and remove us. I am not worried about myself but I worry for my 82 year old disabled mother who I care for and my 13 year old daughter. I am happy to provide proof, paperwork showing the nightmare we have gone through but today I am swallowing my pride with hopes to save my family and our home.Β
I sincerely appreciate the time anyone takes to even read the above ramble and forgive my wording as my hands are shaking due to my nerves being beyond on edge.Β
If you can not donate that is fine even if you can just share this out so that it might reach more people that might be able too.
