Welcome to the Jacobs Family Support Registry,
After about a year of clear scans, unfortunately a routine check has indicated that Pat's Leukemia has returned. However, he is due for a bone marrow transplant on December 11, 2023. To help support Casey, Pat, and the girls, we're asking for friends and family members to provide meals or giftcards 2-3 days a week to support them with evening mealtimes.
If you're looking to send a meal, Casey has shared some of their favorite local restaurants and indicated that besides not loving cheese (except on pizza!), they aren't picky eaters:
Valley Lodge, Moretti's, Yard House, Lou Malnati's, or Papi's Pizza
