In Support of The Jackson Family

Conner and Pacha Jackson have been facing many challenges and it seems there are more hurdles ahead. Here’s a little bit about them and their recent struggles:

Conner accepted a job with Kiewit earlier in the year, so they have temporarily relocated to Abilene with their three young children. This has been extremely difficult at times since they are far from their support system. Before the move, Pacha had been diagnosed with chronic health problems that were already difficult to manage. Since the move, she has been in and out of the hospital with several setbacks, sepsis being a large part of it. During this time they found out that Pacha is expecting. This would ordinarily be news worth celebrating, but it has made controlling her illness and treating the sepsis more difficult. While they are grateful for this new blessing, Pacha’s health is still declining and treatment is tricky. She is being admitted to the hospital again today (8/27), which means Conner has missed more work to help not only care for his sick wife, but also care for their three children. While Conner has not left his wife’s side and is doing his best juggling things at home and during extended hospital stays, he is unable to work a lot of this time and bills are continuously piling up.  This is where we can make a difference for this young family during this trying time…we know things are difficult for many right now, so any donation is greatly appreciated!
