As you all know, Conor is at Strong/Golisano Children's Hospital in Rochester. He is making strides, but has a long way to go! Bryce and Lara are overwhelmed by the generosity and outpouring of love and support, and aren’t quite sure what to do with it all or where to even begin. Although they hear from everyone, they want to make sure Conor also knows how much people love him and are rooting for him!
So, this outreach is forward-thinking to the days when they are all back home together….
Part 1- Bryce and Lara have come up with the idea of using some donations to get a PS5. They have been able to play this with Conor in the hospital a few times, and it seems like a feasible thing to continue at home, together.
Part 2-Additionally, they will be staying close to home for quite some time to come, so we would love to be able to help fund a new back deck for them! This is something they have been wanting to do, and now more than ever will be a needed and loved space for everyone to relax, hang out, and be together while Conor continues to heal and get back on his feet.
Lastly, we plan to have a quilt made by Ms. Jackie, Conor’s preschool teacher, with all the donors' names worked into the quilt so Conor can be surrounded by everyone’s love and support.
