Francis Bierman was tragically taken from us in an accident, leaving behind his wife Amber and son Evan.

Francis spent his entire life serving others — as a firefighter in the United States Air Force, with the Rapid City Fire Department, and as a Certified Nurse Practitioner at Monument Health. He was also a dedicated realtor, but his greatest pride was his family.

He was a devoted husband, an amazing father, and a fixture on the sidelines coaching youth hockey and baseball. Francis was a pillar of this community who showed up for everyone. Now it's our turn to show up for Amber and Evan.  Let’s give them one less thing to worry about.

I went to high school with Francis. He was one of those people everyone knew and no one had a bad word to say about. What I remember most is his huge smile; it was the kind that reached his eyes and radiated joy. He was truly one of the good ones.
