Please Help Support Louie and His Family
We’re asking for your love, support, and prayers for Louie, Soraida, and their family as they face something no family should ever have to go through.
Louie recently suffered three severe strokes, leaving him with a long and uncertain road ahead. His condition has completely changed life for his family, and at this time, there is no clear timeline for what his recovery will look like or when life may begin to feel normal again.
Louie is not just a father and husband. To so many people, he has always been someone they could count on. He has been a loving, welcoming, and supportive person throughout the years — even becoming like a second father to many of Darius’ friends as they grew up, and continuing to be that same person to them to this day. Anyone who knows Lou knows the kind of person he is and the way he has always opened his home and his heart to others.
Louie has also worked at ShopRite for 32 years, where he was loved by his coworkers. He was known for his kindness, his work ethic, and the way he treated everyone with respect and care. He truly made an impact on so many people over the years with genuine laughter and positivity.
Now, it’s our turn to be there for him and his family.
Soraida is doing everything she can to stay by Louie’s side while also caring for their children, including their two youngest boys, Issac & Donte. Desi, Darius, and Dynasia are also doing everything they can to support their dad, their mother, and each other while trying to process the reality of what their family is going through.
As time goes on, the financial strain is becoming just as overwhelming as the emotional toll. With Louie’s recovery timeline completely undetermined, the family is facing the reality of having to establish a new way of living and surviving financially while continuing to provide for their little ones and be there for Louie.
This is why we are asking for help.
Any donation, no matter the amount, can help give Soraida and the family some stability during a time when so much of their life has been turned upside down. Your support can help with the everyday expenses of caring for their family and allow them to focus on what matters most right now — Louie and his recovery.
