In Support of Shelley Jeters Cancer journey
This is Carol, Shelley's Mom. I wanted to set up this gift card meal train to ease some of the stress during Shelley's 4-6 week cancer surgery recovery. Here is a little bit about her story:
My name is Shelley and Im 54. I had a complete hysterectomy at 32 with no HRT. My bone pain got so bad that I decided to try HRT. Had a clear breast check June 20th, started HRT July 7th and found my turmor July 20th. My Stage 2 grade 2-3 IDC is 95-100% ER and PR positive. Diagnosed August 10th. I am scheduled for a Double mastectomy with expanders on Nov 20th and then 2 DIEP reconstruction surgeries next year. Im not sure yet if I will need radiation or chemo.
