We wanted to share an update on Sam's journey. After much consideration and consultation with her medical team, she has transitioned to hospice care. While this marks a new chapter focused on comfort, dignity and quality of life, she continues to explore alternative and supportive therapies that may help bring her peace, relief, and precious time with those she loves.
Throughout this difficult journey, your prayers, encouragement and generosity have meant more than words can express. The financial support provided through this fundraiser continues to help cover medical expenses, alternative therapies, and the many costs associated with end-of-life care.
