In Support of Sam Wynstra Jr.

On Sunday, June 7th, OUR SAM collapsed and went into cardiac arrest. They did CPR on him for 10 miutes, brought him back and took him to Jevon Bea in Rockford, IL. He ended up being at Jevon Bea almost a month and then was transferred to Holy Family Medical Center in Des Plaines, IL. In the early morning on July 26th he went into cardiac arrest again and did CPR on him for 26 minutes and was shocked 5 times. With this last episode he now has TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). Sam stayed at this hospital for almost a month and then just recently transferred back to Rockford, IL. to Alden Park Strathmoor where he is currently. Now, we as a family have been keeping him comfortable; however, it is not OUR SAM that we all know and love. With all that being said, there is a decision that has to be made, and it is obviously not easy for his kids or his family but he would not want this for himself. It has been a trying time for all of us especially for his son Sam(23) and his daughter Hailie(20) to see their dad like this, their Superman. As many know, Sam and Nicole have always remained close and cordial and most of all very family oriented with their kids, and they have all been by his side along with his sister (Susie Zillmer) and brother (Scott Wynstra) and many other family members and close dear friends. 

So we are asking for your help and generousity for medical and upcoming expenses as all the donations will be for the relief and sake of worry including the "what if's" that Sam and Hailie do not need to think about.
