Help Us Honor the Beautiful Life of Sadie Rose Fox
Our family is shattered by the sudden and unexpected loss of our beloved Sadie Rose.
Sadie was only 18 years old and was getting ready to leave for UC Davis to pursue her dream of becoming a veterinarian. She had her whole life ahead of her—dreams to chase, animals to care for, and a future she was so excited to begin.
Sadie was beautiful, incredibly bright, and so full of life. She had a unique and wonderful spirit all her own. She loved her animals dearly, including her pet snake, Majora, and her spider, Dexter Morgan. They were a special part of her world, just as she was such an enormous part of ours.
Sadie was also a loving big sister to her little sister, Scarlette. Their bond is something our family will treasure forever. To Scarlette, she wasn't just a sister—she was a huge part of her world.
To us, Sadie was our whole world.
There are no words big enough to describe the pain of losing her. We are trying to navigate the unimaginable grief of saying goodbye to a beautiful young woman who should be preparing for college, not a funeral.
Along with the heartbreak, we are facing unexpected medical and memorial expenses. We are humbly asking for help so that we can give Sadie the beautiful and dignified farewell she deserves and allow our family to focus on grieving and being there for one another.

Sadie should have had a lifetime ahead of her. She should have walked onto the UC Davis campus, followed her passion for animals, and become the veterinarian she dreamed of being.
Instead, we are left with memories, broken hearts, and a lifetime of missing her.
We will love Sadie forever. We will carry her with us every day. And we will do everything we can to keep her beautiful memory and the light she brought into this world alive.
