Ruby has been a fighter since day one. From puppyhood front leg bone abnormalities to battling pancreatitis later in life, she has faced more than her fair share of health hurdles. Currently, Miss Ruby became severely ill the last few weeks and required urgent hospitalization. Ruby has dealt with medical challenges her whole life, but the past few weeks have been especially difficult. Between recent hours being cut at work and vet bills already crossing the $5,000 mark, managing these expenses and ongoing care have become extremely difficult.
