This is the reality Rachel Stephens is facing.
Rachel is battling hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), a form of liver cancer, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) at the same time. These are two serious illnesses that bring enormous challenges, uncertainty, and stress. As she navigates this difficult journey, the impact on her ability to work has created an additional financial burden.
With lost income and everyday bills continuing to come due, Rachel is struggling to keep up with essential expenses, including her rent, car payment, and other basic necessities. No one should have to face the fear of two cancers while also worrying about keeping a roof over their head or maintaining reliable transportation to get where they need to go.
