In Support of Rachael Price Sedlmayr
Hello, family and friends!
Our dear Rachael has been diagnosed with invasive breast cancer. This was a surprise for her doctors, who believed the papillary lesion they discovered and removed would not be invasive breast cancer. Rachael is self-employed and unfortunately has no paid time off nor disability benefits. She will need to take one month off work to recover from a bilateral mastectomy in the near future. Rachael’s survivor and recovery journey will be ongoing over the next 6 - 18 months as her surgeons expect a minimum of 3 additional surgeries with one of these surgeries requiring her to take an additional 8 - 12 weeks off of work. This will not be a short journey, and Rachael and Wes appreciate any prayers and/or other supports available during this season of increased needs.
