In Support of Ortiz Family

Ortiz Family
30 years of irreplaceable memories vanished in the blink of an eye, a pain no family should have to endure.
On September 12 at 2 a.m., a devastating fire completely destroyed my family’s home in Niland, CA—the place where we grew up and where my grandparents built their lives, completely gone. While we are profoundly grateful that our family made it out of the structure safely, our hearts are completely broken. In a matter of minutes, 30 years of irreplaceable memories, photos, and everything my grandparents worked for vanished. Tragically, they also lost two of their beloved pups in the fire. We are absolutely devastated by the loss of our home and their cherished pets. That place was more than just walls; it was the anchor of the Ortiz family for over three decades. Now, my family has been left with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Rebuilding their lives from the ground up in the Imperial Valley heat is going to be an incredibly long and difficult journey, and they need immediate support to secure basic necessities. Any amount you can contribute will directly ease the overwhelming emotional and financial strain on my family during this dark time. If you are unable to give financially, please share this page to spread the word. Your kindness, prayers, and support mean everything to us right now.
