Nova is ex-micro preemie born at 24 weeks, she was a twin and she’s been diagnosed with cerebral palsy and hydrocephalus. She’s faced several obstacles and hurdles and has gone through regressions. Despite all of that, she’s a ray of sunshine and she has beat so many odds. Getting by is hard for us, especially paying for therapy, transportation and our everyday expenses. I’m a single mom and I’m her full time caregiver and I’d love to give her a great Christmas this year!
