Hello family and friends! I'm reaching out to share about my daughter, Nora Gilbert, who is just 14 months old. Nora has been diagnosed with Pontocerebellar Hypoplasia, a rare condition affecting her brain. This has made day-to-day life a bit challenging for us, and we could really use your support.
