Hi Family and Friends Old and New,

I wanted to share a small update as I continue navigating my cancer journey.

It’s hard to believe that I was diagnosed nearly three years ago, in June 2023. Since then, it’s been a path of deep resilience, learning, and seeking the best possible care for my body. About a year ago, I spent several weeks in Mexico pursuing alternative treatment options that felt aligned for me at the time.

More recently, since February, things have shifted. I’m experiencing some increased and at times debilitating symptoms, and I’m needing to pursue more targeted and consistent care to support my body through this phase.

I want to be thoughtful in how much I share—I’m not in a place of fear, but rather continuing to respond to what my body needs with intention and hope.

As many of you know, this kind of care comes with ongoing monumental financial strain. After working 29 years as a nurse, I have thoughtfully stepped away from my career to put all of my energies and efforts into healing and increasing my quality of life. Your support—whether through a donation, sharing this page, sending meals in person or through this page, or simply holding me in your thoughts—truly makes a difference and helps me access the treatments I need right now.

I’m so grateful for the kindness, consistency, and love that has carried me this far. It means more than I can fully express.
