Noah came into this world already showing a strength that continues to inspire everyone around him. He was born with a rare neuromuscular disorder causing global developmental delays and dystonia (involuntary, painful muscle contractions), which affects his muscle control, movement, and overall development.
By age two, most children can run, feed themselves, and use around 200 words; however, although Noah is now over two years old, he is still unable to sit independently, use his hands effectively, self-feed, or speak beyond “Mama.” Because of these delays, he remains at high risk for injuries such as choking and falling.
While his journey looks different, it is filled with determination, resilience, and so much hope!

Marco and Caroline are committed to giving Noah every opportunity to grow, gain strength, and reach new milestones. Their next steps include three intensive therapy programs at NAPA, each designed to help Noah build motor skills, improve control, and make meaningful progress in his overall development. Each intensive costs approximately $12,000, bringing their total goal to $36,000, and these therapies are not covered by insurance.
Every dollar raised will go directly toward these life-changing therapies and the care Noah needs to keep moving forward.
Raising a child with a diagnosis like Noah’s is not only physically and emotionally demanding; it also comes with a significant financial burden. On average, the cost of raising a child with his type of disability ranges from $1.4 to $2.4 million, nearly 10 times that of raising a neurotypical child. This is no easy path for any family, but Marco and Caroline continue to walk it with faith, love, and unwavering commitment to their son.
