In Support of MJ Delapena

Hello community!
MJ is a 53-year old mother and grandmother who has dedicated the past 20 years of her life to serving others in the community as a social worker. Sadly, MJ is facing a very tough time right now. Several months ago she was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, after just losing her father from cancer in 2024. Now, she needs our community’s support. Despite her strength and determination, the physical toll of treatment has become increasingly difficult. Chemotherapy side effects often leave MJ too sick to work some days, resulting in lost income at a time when her medical treatment costs and everyday bills continue to grow. MJ is unmarried and only has her income to solely rely on. Every missed work day creates additional financial hardship.
