About two months ago, I had an accident where I fell down a flight of stairs and tore my bicep muscle on my right arm. This led to emergency surgery, and since then, I've been unable to work or use my arm effectively. We have been struggling as a family to cope with daily activities and medical appointments, as the closest physical therapy center that accepts my insurance is quite far. Additionally, maintaining the household, like keeping up heating fuel and getting the kids to their activities, has become harder due to the circumstances. It's not easy for me to share this, but any help you can provide will make a huge difference and we will be forever grateful.
