None of those questions are hard. They are just unanswered, and every unanswered question costs a family energy they do not have right now. A label answers all of them in about ten seconds of reading, and it takes you two minutes to write.
Name the dish the way you would say it out loud. "Chicken and wild rice casserole" beats "casserole."
Oven or microwave, the temperature, and the number of minutes. Say so plainly if it is meant to be eaten cold.
Counter tonight, fridge for three days, or straight to the freezer, plus the date to eat it by.
Allergens first, then the ingredient list. A family managing an allergy should never have to guess.
"I left the hot sauce out for you." "Cheese is in the small container so you can skip it."
Your name and number, and whether the dish needs to come back or can go in the recycling.
