Hello, family, community, and friends!
My name is Aiden, and for the past year I've been building something I'm really proud of: Lynchcast Tech, a one-person repair shop dedicated to honest, affordable, and genuinely caring tech service. I started this business while balancing a full course load in college, because I couldn't stop thinking about how many people get overcharged, talked down to, or just plain ignored when their laptop dies or their phone screen shatters. I wanted to build something different; a business that treats every customer like a neighbor, because in most cases, that's exactly what they are. Family members always came to me for tech help, so I spun that into something that can hopefully benefit an entire community and do it through a local business, rather than a greedy corporation trying to upsell you.
Today, Lynchcast Tech is up and running, and I've had the privilege of fixing devices, saving people money, and getting to know this community one repair at a time. But I'm writing to you now because I'm ready for the next step, and I can't get there alone.
Where We Are Today
Right now, I run Lynchcast Tech as a true one-person operation I'm the technician, the parts buyer, the bookkeeper, and the guy who answers the phone. I've kept overhead low and prices fair, invested a lot of my hard earned money into the proper equipment, and I've poured everything I have back into doing the job right: sourcing quality parts, testing thoroughly, and standing behind every repair with real warranty support. That approach has earned trust, and trust is what a small business is built on.
But a one-person shop with a single workbench can only help so many people. To grow into the kind of business that can truly serve this community not just repair devices, but come to you, diagnose more accurately, and reach more people who need help I need to invest in real equipment. I'm 20 years old, still in college, and building this business from the ground up because I believe people deserve better than "it's cheaper to just buy a new one."
