Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

We are reaching out on behalf of our dear friend, Lori Sill. Lori is a courageous and devoted single mother who is facing one of life’s hardest battles—for the second time. 

Lori has recently received the devastating news that her cancer has returned. Nine years ago, Lori fought and won her battle against ovarian cancer. Now, one year short of the 10-year all-clear mark, the cancer cells have returned, and a tumor has formed near her bladder, blocking her kidney function. 

Lori had an MRI to determine the best course of treatment. On June 24th, Lori will have surgery. Her medical team is hoping they can take all of the cancer. If they can't take ALL of the cancer, they won't remove any of it, and the team will have to search for other options and alternative treatment plans. At a minimum, she is planning on surgery and six rounds of chemotherapy as part of the treatment plan. We'll keep you posted as the treatment plan evolves.

As Lori begins treatment again, her ability to work as a self-employed, single mom will be drastically limited, and the financial strain is already becoming overwhelming. Lori has been through this before and understands the toll it will take on her physical health, as well as all aspects of her life, in the months and years to come. 

Lori has always been the first to help others, offering support, strength, and a smile—even during tough times. As clients, friends, and family members, we have all been blessed by Lori's caring heart. 

Now, she needs us. Lori is not just fighting for her health—she’s fighting to be here for her 3 children, to keep her home, and to cover basic needs while undergoing treatment. 

This Support Now account is designed to help ease the burden of medical expenses, lost income, and everyday living costs so that she can focus entirely on her healing. Every donation—no matter how big or small—makes a meaningful difference.
