In Support of Lacey Harris (Robinson)

Lacey Harris (Robinson)
Hello family and friends,

Our family is reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for help during one of the most difficult times we have ever faced.

My sister was just 33 years old. She was a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, and most importantly, a loving mother to three beautiful children, Lilliann, age 12, Bentley, age 5, and Mariann, age 4.

After a long and heartbreaking battle with serious health complications stemming from chronic medical conditions, her health had deteriorated to the point that we were preparing to say goodbye.

Over the past several months, she has endured repeated hospitalizations, countless tests and procedures, and an emergency Life Flight transfer between hospitals. Despite everything she had been through and the efforts to save her life, our family is now facing the devastating reality that her time with us was coming to an end. Lacey passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones.

There are no words to describe what it feels like to watch someone you love go through this, especially someone so young, with three little children who still need their mom.

As we try to navigate the heartbreak of losing her, we are also deeply concerned about the future of her husband and children.

Her husband has become the sole caregiver for their three children. Along with the emotional weight of losing his wife, he is responsible for keeping their household running, providing for the children, and helping them navigate a loss that no child should have to experience.

Unfortunately, the family is already facing significant financial hardship. They have fallen nine months behind on their rent, leaving an outstanding balance of $2660. As they prepare for the unimaginable loss of a wife and mother, we hope to ease some of the financial burden they are carrying so they can focus on what matters most: being together, supporting one another, and navigating the difficult days ahead.

We also want to ensure that my sister's final wishes are honored. She has expressed her desire to be cremated, and we hope to provide a beautiful urn and small keepsakes containing some of her ashes for her children and those closest to her. These keepsakes would give her loved ones, especially her children, something tangible to cherish and hold close, a lasting reminder of her love and presence in their lives. Our goal is to help cover these arrangements while also providing her husband and children with some financial stability as they face a future without her.

We are hoping to raise $25,000 to help with:

  • Housing stability: We are going to pay 6 months in advance of rent for the family. The total between past-due rent and 6 months advance rent is $6980.

  • Cremation and memorial arrangements: We are honoring Lacey's wishes to be cremated and provide  meaningful keepsakes for her children and loved ones. The total for these will be around $1450.

  • Supporting her children: Helping with food, clothing, school supplies, childcare, and other everyday necessities. We plan to contribute $3000 toward these expenses.

  • Medical and unexpected expenses: Addressing any outstanding costs not covered by insurance. If there are any medical bills that will need to be paid by her husband, we will raise the funds for these bills. As of yet, we do not have a clear idea if there are any or how much they will be.

  • Helping her husband rebuild stability: Giving him time and financial breathing room as he adjusts to raising three children without his wife. We plan to provide 6 months' worth of expenses totaling $7500 considering car insurance, gas, phone bills, and other expenses.

We know that no amount of money can replace a mother, a wife, a sister, or a daughter. Nothing can take away the heartbreak this family is experiencing.

But we can come together to make sure that her children are cared for, that they have a safe and stable place to call home, and that their father has the support he needs during the most difficult chapter of their lives.

If you are able to contribute, no matter how small the amount, please know that it will make a meaningful difference. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser with others would mean just as much to us.

Above all, we ask that you keep my sister, her husband, and their three beautiful children in your thoughts as we spend this precious time together.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness, compassion, and support.

With love and gratitude,

Her family - Josh, Lilliann, Mariann, Bentley, Scott (father), Jeannette (mother), Sarah & Raul, Melissa, Rebecca & Brooklyn, and her beloved friends who were here with her till her last breath.
